My Photography

I welcome you to my photography section. Here, I try to show you our planet through the lenses of my camera; along with the quaint little meanings that I derive from it.

A beautiful capture of the Vembanad lake, the longest lake in India. For me, one of the most serene places on Earth.

A dark sunset ambiance near Mangalore. The tone becoming darker and quieter after each moment.

An interesting landscape near Kolhapur area in South Western Maharashtra, taken from my zooming car. Mountains always manage to captivate my emotions with its sheer enormity.

One of my personally favourite clicks I managed to take atop the Western Ghats in Shimoga District of Southern Karnataka. The breathtaking beauty of the condensed cloud flowing into the densely forested sections of the mountain made me hail The Master who created this.

Taj Mahal, Agra, during dusk. Heavenly feeling! Truly a very memorable visit.

A lonely zebra, with its beautiful crisp stripes has a serene walk at the National Zoological Park in Delhi.

Amid the vastness of the mountain, man still manages to venture a small way through it, signifying how people fight its way through the hugeness of Mother Nature. But ultimately she pervades!

Serene blue water that I captured at Western Karnataka. I could hear the magical rhythm of the waves even at this distance.

Enormity of the sea, with all its purity and might...

An lone little island surrounded by pureness! Its spring time and flowers and sun bloom with all its might.

The Supreme Soul, the tallest in India and the second tallest in the world that I captured at Murudeshwara. The Eyes convey a lot of emotions, which can't be penned down by words. A place where there is indispensable devotion in the air.....

The tallest Gopuram in the world, 237.5 feet high in Karnataka. Known as the Rajagopuram, I managed to capture its little intricacies that manages to charm the eyes.

A lonely voyager in the waters at a coastal stretch of Gokarna. Rhythm of the sea is so relaxing and enthralling that it never ceases to amaze me.

A stretch of a beautiful interior highway in Andhra Pradesh. Calm and soothing to the lenses...

A tough negotiation of curve on the fabulous Golden Quadrilateral Highway network wherein this stretch links Bangalore to Mumbai. The terrain adds to the beauty....

Interesting landscape during dawn near Bangalore with the mountain exhibiting its rich terrain.

Transmission towers carrying power through the rough terrains, with the sun peeking through a hole in the cloud, as if it is smiling at my camera, giving me just enough light to take the picture.....

An Air India Airbus 330-200 soars into the sky above Mumbai, showing me what real freedom is all about....

Flying high over the Earth proves me how little we really are on this planet. Probably a dot in the hugeness of the Existence.....

Under the grasp of the precarious monsoon clouds, I managed to capture the Tranquility of Gods's Own Country.....

The little prow of my boat cutting through the immensity of the waters, still managing to quietly do its job efficiently....

I captured this in Mumbai, an anaconda intertwined within itself, up close.......

A very special moment when I managed to click the photo of Cochin Airport with the parked aircrafts right from the air. Heavy condensation ensured that I don't get a clear click, but still an unforgettable capture...

An hippo relishing the coolness of water, giving a cold reaction to our presence, in Mumbai....

A symmetric view of the elaborateness of the Gateway of India....

When in Pune, I captured this remains of the fort of Peshwa rulers of the Maratha Empire, until 1818 when British captured the Peshwas. A quiet place now, unassuming to its own rich history.....

A small little bud of Lotus giving support to its bigger sibling, showing us that emotional support can bypass all age barriers......

The beautiful Nehru Centre in Mumbai, a place for scientific study of astronomy, and for meeting of scientists and scholars for lectures and discussions.

A beautiful stretch of highway near Nashik in Maharashtra.....

Terrain, approaching valley, precipitation and freshness in the air, electrifying in all its right.....

The windmills smiling with the swaying winds, under the watch of the the perilous clouds......

A road that leads to nowhere, but serenity that fills everywhere............

The Rudraksha beads in our car swaying and radiating its tremendous energy, keeping the insides quiet and safe, while the vehicle battles tough monsoon weather on the outside....

Unknowing how long it travels, like the winds that flow, the stream flows all its ways, through the toughness and harshness, but at last meeting the peacefulness of the flowing river......

The hard, rugged, enduring and tough withins of a mountain.....

Urban Settlement slowly killing nature. But the nature knowingly or unassumingly is giving its way; will it ever strike back?

Zooming through the boundlessness of the highway, cuddled in greenery.....

Vehicles negotiating a tough curve, coming from near to zero visibility conditions, as can be seen at the back side....A really cherishing experience.

Skies, with its intricate cloud patterns, often enthuse me to surreal levels of existence. I have often found myself lost with my camera capturing their varied moods and emotions, trying to make sense of what they are trying to say to the world below.

Many times, it fills me with pain and agony, sometimes with happiness and hope, sometimes with joy and wilderness. I managed to pick some of them on my lenses, still trying to make hundreds of meaning to what they try to speak, from the very same pattern.

Thank you for relishing this photographic journey with me. A picture is worth a lot of unsaid words. It can move a civilization with its power. It can inspire us to further ignite our imagination. I hope I have managed to give you that amazing unseen power of images, that can silently motivate and move us beyond all limits.
